The air shifts from bright tangerine, bergamot, and black pepper to the cool green hush of papyrus, pine, and fig. Beneath it all, a hint of jasmine, frankincense, and myrrh drifts like smoke around ancient temples, while sun-baked cedarwood honours the statues carved by time.
