Returns Policy
We are dedicated to our customers being completely satisfied with their Charlton purchase and will gladly accept returns on all full price items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, credit note or refund. Please ensure your products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
Returns are processed within 1-2 business days after being received at our Sydney HQ.
For in store purchases, please attend your local store with proof of purchase to receive an exchange or credit note.

We offer exchange, credit note and refunds pending your item is within the 14 day returns period. Exchanges and refunds will incur a flat rate of a $12 shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund. Please email hi@charltonstore.com for any questions
If a faulty item is received, please contact us hi@charltonstore.com to arrange a return. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item. Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Charlton.
As all of our Jewellery is made to order we are unable to offer any refunds or store credits on these products. Please get in touch with our team if you have any size queries prior to purchasing to ensure we can best facilitate your exact needs.

That’s why we created Perfume Guarantee — a hassle-free way to exchange your perfume if you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase.
How it works
- We’ll include a matching 2ml perfume sample alongside your full-size 50ml perfume purchase.
- If, after trying your sample, you decide the fragrance is not for you, simply let us know by emailing: hi@charltonstore.com
- Our customer care team will respond to your request within 3 business days of submission, detailing next steps, including information on where to return your perfume.
Perfume Guarantee is exchange only.
Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Your perfume must be unopened and remain sealed in its original packaging (exchanges will not be considered where packaging has been damaged or compromised or has been opened and resealed).
Please include a copy of your receipt.
No returns on sale items.
Available for Charlton online orders only.
The cost of returning your purchase to us is at your expense. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of Perfume Guarantee returns.
