Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
All domestic orders over $250 AUD are eligible for Free Express Shipping.
All domestic orders under $250 AUD incurs a $10 fee for Express Shipping.
We offer complimentary FedEx express shipping on all purchases over $1,000 AUD.
All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
All sale items are eligible for a size exchange only. We are unable to offer refunds on any discounted items. If a return is required, this is the customers responsibility to organise.
We offer click and collect for customers that are located within the area of Sydney. Orders placed before 12pm AEST Tuesday - Saturday will be available for pick up from 3:00pm - 5:00pm on the date of order, or alternatively the following business day at 10:00am - 5:00pm at tour Paddington Flagship store.
All international orders are shipped via FedEx Worldwide. Orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping. Orders under the value of $500 AUD are subject to a $60 AUD shipping fee.
Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include: the sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia; Duties charged for processing by your country.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon the arrival of your parcel, Charlton, being an Australian company, has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable by the receiver. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns.

That’s why we created Perfume Guarantee — a hassle-free way to exchange your perfume if you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase.
How it works
- We’ll include a matching 2ml perfume sample alongside your full-size 50ml perfume purchase.
- If, after trying your sample, you decide the fragrance is not for you, simply let us know by emailing: hi@charltonstore.com
- Our customer care team will respond to your request within 3 business days of submission, detailing next steps, including information on where to return your perfume.
Perfume Guarantee is exchange only.
Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Your perfume must be unopened and remain sealed in its original packaging (exchanges will not be considered where packaging has been damaged or compromised or has been opened and resealed).
Please include a copy of your receipt.
No returns on sale items.

The cost of returning your purchase to us is at your expense. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of Perfume Guarantee returns.
