The air shifts from bright tangerine, bergamot, and black pepper to the cool green hush of papyrus, pine, and fig. Beneath it all, a hint of jasmine, frankincense, and myrrh drifts like smoke around ancient temples, while sun-baked cedarwood honours the statues carved by time. Perfume Guarantee is exchange only.
Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Your perfume must be unopened and remain sealed in its original packaging (exchanges will not be considered where packaging has been damaged or compromised or has been opened and resealed).
Please include a copy of your receipt.
No returns on sale items.
Available for Charlton online orders only.
The cost of returning your purchase to us is at your expense. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of Perfume Guarantee returns.

We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.

All orders are sent carbon neutral using Australia Post for orders placed within Australia and DHL for all international orders.

A tracking number along with shipping details will be emailed to your email address once your goods have left the Charlton Office.

Free express shipping is offered on all orders over $300 AUD.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
