You agree not to use our Website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you must comply with all applicable laws. Any violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access to the Website.

4. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without our express written permission.

5. Products + Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and may not include delivery charges. Import duties, customs, and local taxes may apply. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. 

6. Click + Collect

Click and collect is available in selected metro areas of Melbourne, Victoria. Please note click & collect may not be available during promotional periods.
Orders placed before 11am AEST Wednesday - Friday will be available for pick up from 12:00pm - 4:00pm on the date of order, or alternatively the following business day at 10:00am - 5:00pm at the Charlton Store Flagship.
Once you receive your pickup confirmation, please proceed to Charlton on 20 William St, Paddington at your earliest convenience, with the confirmation ready to show staff for collection of your order.

7. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for exchange, credit note, or refund. Products must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. For swimwear all tags and hygiene stickers need to be attached to be eligible for return, Please ensure all packaging is included in the return. Products will undergo quality control checks by our Customer Experience (CX) team before the return is processed. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of being delivered to us. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Charlton advises that international customers ship their returns via registered post to ensure traceability upon the orders arrival in our studio. 

8. Orders, Billing + Delivery

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit quantities per person, or per order. Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.

9. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You must not provide personal information of another person without their consent.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies + Omissions

We do not guarantee that information on our Website is accurate or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders if information is inaccurate.
